Return Policies
Extreme Watts is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Returns are permitted within 30 days. The following conditions apply:
- *All merchandise must be returned in their original undamged box*
- *Product must appear in perfect condition*
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee*
- ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ARE GRANTED ON SPECIAL ORDERS**
- Shipping is non-refundable* *
All our products are brand new, sealed and not refurbished *(if you want refurbished we can help you and it will say refurbished)*
EXTREME WATTS is not responsible for products damaged in transit, warranty shall be void as to any prodcut which has been altered or modified in any manner, plus damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, deliberate damage of the product, nor the use of the product which does not conform to the product instructions.
- **Items that DO NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURNS include Cardriges, Replacement Lamps, Neddles, Cases, Racks, Headphones, Cleaner Kits, Fog Juice, Software, or any ITEM THAT SHOWS WEAR AND TEAR.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
